How to make a booking request
Please include the following details in email to: info@lesvosmagicadventure.se
1. Your name
2. Specify the walking tour/excursion or the type of walking tour you are interested in.
3. Day you wish to have your walking tour/excursion
4. Number of participants
5. For pickup service, please provide your hotel or other address.
Upon confirmation, please check all details carefully to ensure that everything is correct. If any deviation, please respond immediately by email.
If you have any other questions, you are welcome to contact us.
All hiking tours and excursions are arranged by Explore More / Mats Randow.
Terms of Payment
Payments can be made to the following account

Please note that full payment in advance is required for groups of 4 people or more.
All prices are quoted in EUR and include all applicable taxes.
Please note that you may be covered by travel insurance if you pay with a credit card. Please confirm with
your issuing bank for details regarding this cover.
Cancellation
Please email your request to cancel your tour to info@lesvosmagicadventure.se. Lesvos Magic
Adventures will send a return confirmation.
• Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to departure are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund of
the total amount.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure, or a 'no show', will not be eligible for any
refund.
Please note that we only take small groups out on our tours so a few empty spots do make a difference to
us. If you need to cancel – please let us know as soon as possible.
The tours are available during the advertised period but we reserve the right to cancel due to weather or
too few participants.
If Lesvos Magic Adventures decides to cancel your tour you will be eligible for a full refund. In the case
of cancellations due to too few participants, Lesvos Magic Adventure will give you at least 3 days notice
and will try to find another suitable alternative to the best of our abilities.
Responsibilities
All hiking tours and excursions are arranged by Explore More / Mats Randow.
Explore Mora / Lesvos Magic Adventure is not responsible for loss, injury, accidents, illness or changes in schedules
caused by weather, strike or other event outside of our control. Explore More / Lesvos Magic Adventure reserves the right to change the contents of our tours, prices, travel plans and/or departure times if there is a need.
Complaints
If you have any complaints, please notify us. We recommend you do this before you leave Lesvos so that
we can arrange for refunds etc if required.
Explore More / Lesvos Magic Adventure may change any information presented on our website without prior notification. Lesvos Magic Adventure reserve the right to change mistakes that may have appeared during updates or changes without prior notification.
